David, has been building, for the past decade his profile as an expert in the field of small and medium sized enterprises, holding different positions in sales, finance and becoming an entrepreneur on his own. David is a graduate of the Williams School of Business and Economics at Bishop's University, and of the UNBSJ's Electronic Commerce Management Programme. David completed in 2008 his training as a Certified Business Intermediary and earned the designation (CBI) from the International Business Broker's Association (IBBA). He is also an Authorized Business Buyer Advocate ®. David is passionate about business brokerage and frequently delivers presentations to groups who may have an interest in learning about buying or selling businesses.

As a Senior Corporate Development & Finance Executive in leading private companies, Felipe has been involved in over 35 acquisition, divestiture, and investment projects. He also has gained a valuable small business experience as a business owner for more than 20 years.
He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration, as well as a diploma in Investment Appraisal & Management Program from Harvard University. Felipe is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Broker Association (IBBA). Felipe's business acumen and experience will be a great asset to anyone selling or buying a business of any shape or size. Felipe is fluent in both English and Spanish.
A former UK Director of Scotiabank and Societe Generale. His experience spans many disciplines, from derivative trading, risk management and corporate and retail brokerage in international investment and commodity markets to financial services, investment and tax planning for a wide range of individual clients and businesses. Malcolm is extremely personable, tenacious and resourceful, with a recognized ability to motivate and enthuse his audience. He gives his whole commitment and energy to anything he undertakes and will work relentlessly until his clients' goals are achieved. He is a born deal maker with an innate ability to perceive and pursue opportunities for his clients.
